Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because all food is prepared fresh, cancellations affect scheduling and food purchasing.
Deposits are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event or pickup may be charged up to the full value of the order if preparation has already begun.
There are no refunds; only replacements or order corrections may be provided where applicable, at the discretion of St. Lyn Catering & Events.
