Welcome to St. Lyn Catering & Events! We are committed to providing authentic Nigerian cuisine and exceptional customer service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policies.
Ordering Policy
- New catering orders are accepted Monday through Thursday.
- We do not accept new orders on Fridays or Saturdays, as these are our peak production days.
- Orders are accepted based on availability and are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
Payment Policy
- A 70% non-refundable deposit is required at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- The remaining 30% balance is due before pickup or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
- We accept Zelle, Square (processing fees may apply), and cash.
Order Changes
- Changes to menu items, quantities, pickup times, or delivery details should be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled order.
- While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started.
Pickup Policy
- Customers should arrive at the agreed pickup time.
- Please inspect your order before leaving.
- Once an order has been picked up, responsibility for proper transportation, storage, and reheating transfers to the customer.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is made using Uber courier services, and the cost is based on Uber rates.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order upon arrival.
- We do not provide setup services.
Food Safety
- Our food is prepared under strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contact, our kitchen handles common allergens including fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, dairy, soy, wheat, and sesame.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies before placing an order.
Pricing
- Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions.
- A written quote is valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
Photography
We may photograph our food displays, catering setups, and menu items for marketing purposes. We will not intentionally photograph guests without permission.
